Sculpt

Our signature format! This mat fusion class uses sliders, bands, and ankle weights for a full-body burn that will get your muscles fired up and shaking!

Barre

Not your basic barre class. Expect a fast pace, full body workout designed to find the shakes fast! Virtually zero impact to protect your joints, but intense enough to break a sweat.

Pilates

Only at specific studio locations
Only taught by experienced, certified Mat Pilates teachers, this class fuses traditional mat with elements of sculpt and strength to create a one of a kind pilates experience, the /impact/ way!

Flow

YOGA + SCULPT
= "immaculate vibes" (your words, not ours) Expect the best music, multiple flows with sculpting elements in between, and high energy instructors. NOT a yin class.

HIIT

45 minutes alternating cardio with Strength Training. Very few breaks, high intensity!

Circuits

Full body circuits that move through Upper Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Core. Class includes sculpt, strength and cardio moves!

Strength

3 Strength-focused stations that rotate through
Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core.
Heaviest weights, more strength than cardio!

Dance Cardio and Sculpt come together for 45 minutes of heart-pumping combos mixed with low-impact mat fusion. The ultimate dance party!
